Announcement: Seaford School District Out-of-District School Choice Statement: We will not be able to recommend for approval any out-of-district school choice applications for enrollment in any of our elementary schools for the 2009-2010 school year. This includes any applications that have been received or may be received in the future. The reason for this is that all of our elementary schools are at capacity or beyond capacity.
“West Seaford Elementary School does not disclose to the public the identity of any student who is eligible for, or receiving, supplemental educational services under Section. 1116 of ESEA without the written permission of the parents of the student.”

Seaford School District Title I Complaint Process
Every effort is made by the Seaford School District to resolve issues and to answer inquires at the most direct and immediate level. If you have an issue that cannot be satisfactorily resolved at the school level, a formal complaint form may be implemented by requesting a complaint form from the school office.
